MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND RENEWAL
INFORMATION
All Full members currently receive a hard copy of the Railton Owners Club Register of Cars. This details all of the Railtons, Brough Superiors, Hudsons and Terraplanes ever recorded by the Club. It includes cars which have never been owned by members, the last known location and owner and sadly in some cases their terminal fate. In many cases we have a history of individual car’s ownership back to when it was new. (The Register is currently being converted to an electronic format and will be available shortly to be viewed online, downloaded and printed by members only).
An A5 size Membership List is posted to all members annually and is also available on line to members only. The first part is an alphabetical list of current, worldwide members and details address, contact details and a summary of any car(s) owned. This enables members to make contact with others living in the same area. The second part of the Membership List is an alpha/numeric list of all the cars owned by members. This is very useful if members attend a Club Meeting or other event and see a car/owner they do not recognise.
The bi-monthly magazine, ‘The Bulletin’ is posted to all members. This features, news, member’s articles, technical information, photographs and details of past and future Meetings, plus much more.
Full members have access to the Spares Scheme, please take a look at the ‘Spares’ page. This is a significant benefit of membership! Full members also have voting rights at any AGM and can become members of the Committee.
The Club offers a variety of regalia, leaflets and books via our ‘Club Shop’. We have received compliments in the motoring press and from purchasers relating to the books we have published. The Club Shop details member’s prices for the various items but we do offer them to non members at a higher price.
CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP
Full membership
The Full membership subscription is currently £35 per annum.
There is an additional joining fee of £10 for new members. This is to cover the cost of the welcome pack, administration and currently a hard copy of the Register. New members may also order any item from the Club Shop at the time of joining and we will supply it free of postage costs.

Please note the spouse/ civil partner of any Full member has equal rights within the Club Constitution. A copy of the Constitution is available to all members on request.
Affiliate membership
The category of Affiliate membership is offered to those people who do not own a car but who are interested in the marques for which we cater. This is only available to people with a U.K. postal address and is particularly popular with family and friends of Full members and others who have owned one of our cars in the past and wish to keep in touch. Others, who are perhaps thinking of purchasing a car, initially join as Affiliates. There is no joining fee for Affiliate Members. The bi-monthly Bulletin is supplied by post.
Please note Affiliate members may not purchase parts via the Spares Scheme and have no voting rights.
The Affiliate membership subscription is currently £15 per annum.

By cheque drawn on a UK Sterling Bank Account.
Existing Member’s renewal by U.K. Bank standing order.
By Bank Transfer (in sterling – see the methods of payment page).
By most credit/debit cards via PayPal, specifying payment in sterling. (Note additional charge to cover PayPal fees).
Summary of subscription costs:
New Full Members. £35 annual subs. Plus £10 joining fee. Total, £45. (Plus £2.50 if using PayPal).
Renewal for Full Members. £35. (Plus £2.00 if using PayPal).
New Applications and Renewal as Affiliate Members. £15. (Plus £1 if using PayPal).
